Overview:
The travel agent designs, books, offers and sells travel packages, makes reservations for airline tickets, accommodation, transfers and other related services for clients.
Responsibilities:
• Discusses with clients, analyzes their preferences and makes recommendations regarding tourist destinations and objectives;
• Presents tourist offers to clients according to the requested destination;
• Promotes new tourist destinations and proposes possible tourist options based on consulting the offers;
• Establishes together with clients the destination, mode of transport, date and other details related to the trip;
• Details the travel package;
• Issues travel documents and makes reservations for clients’ transport, accommodation and other related services;
• Provides information and after-sales assistance to clients;
• Liaises with tourism service providers to resolve customer requirements;
• Checks and resolves, within the limits of competence, customer complaints;
• Presents himself in a pleasant manner and adopts an appropriate behavior.
Qualifications:
• Experience in a similar position of at least 1 year
• Experience in tourism ︆︇︃︍︆︆︀︅of at least 1 year
• Excellent presentation and sales skills
• Advanced English skills
• Knowledge of using Office Excel, Word, Outlook
