Sometimes, airlines need to amend their flight schedule, resulting in a change or cancellation of flights. This is usually done well in advance to give you plenty of time to choose a replacement.

If you have purchased a package and your flight is delayed, please contact the transfer service provider directly, as well as the hotel, to inform them of the new flight schedule.

A flight change means changes to your departure time, or a change of regional airport (for example, Otopeni Airport to Baneasa Airport).

If you experience a change in your flight schedule, airport or cancellation, we recommend that you contact your airline for assistance, in accordance with applicable regulations.

How you will be contacted regarding flight changes or cancellations depends on the airline you are flying with. Generally, the airline will inform you directly via email and/or SMS, but there may be cases where they notify Jets Holiday, and we will inform you of the changes.
