In some cases, we’ll be in touch to either offer you an alternative flight or a full refund, according to the airline policy.
Most often, your airline will contact you directly to inform you your flight has been cancelled. If this happens, you’ll need to arrange your refund directly with them. After this is arranged, please let us know.
We accept online card payments – both debit and credit (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB).
If your payment has failed, you may need to confirm with your bank that your card is valid for online payments.
Sometimes, security updates at your bank prevent us from charging your card, so confirming that you want to book a holiday with us, usually solves that problem.
